About The Law Office of Thomas D. Shellenberger
Dealing with Delaware family law issues is not only difficult, it can also be confusing, time consuming, and heartbreaking. Family law issues like divorce, child custody, termination of parental rights, and protection from abuse orders are some of the most serious concerns Delaware residents will ever face. Attempting to navigate the legal system on their own can have irreparable consequences. Conversely, family law issues like adoption and child guardianship can lead to some of the most joyous times for Delawareans, but the legal processes can be just as rigorous.
While the Family Court does not require litigants to have an attorney, many determine that securing top-notch — and affordable — legal counsel to assist them with their cases is the wisest course. At the Law Office of Thomas D. Shellenberger, we are committed to alleviating some of the stress associated with difficult family law issues.
Attorney Thomas D. Shellenberger has been assisting clients with complex legal issues since 1985. His down-to-earth, common sense, client-directed approach working with clients of all ages, genders, orientations, ethnicities, and levels of need make him a well-recognized member of the Delaware Bar.
Providing legal representation to clients in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, Thomas D. Shellenberger consistently works with clients to find optimal solutions that best serve his clients’ interests.
